This award-winning space is part of the new John Morden Centre, designed by MAE Architects. The focus of this day centre for the elderly was well-being, achieved through design solutions which included the preservation of existing trees and the use of natural resources – light and sustainably sourced wood, and of course, lighting! The interiors, by the Plush Project, expanded on the cornerstones of this project and brought this space to life, encouraging human interaction and fostering a sense of community.
